Weather: mostly sunny, warm

The south east trades continue to blow with unrelenting vigour. Each morning we pore over the Met. Bureau’s weather maps trying to anticipate a weakening of the flow so as we can start our return journey south. Earlier this week it was forecast to be a bit lighter for this weekend but as the weekend approached the forecast changed back to the usual fresh south east wind. So here we sit, the wind whining and humming through the rigging. 

Thursday looks promising but don’t hold your breath, certainly the wind isn’t.
