Today we had a slow sail up from Mornington to anchor off St Kilda this evening, positioning ourselves for a bit more family socialising this coming weekend.

Just keeping the blog ticking over while getting a little impatient to be on our way for a few more over the horizon adventures. For now we will have to make the most of more mundane coastal voyaging. In fact I notice from my blog that the last time we anchored here in 2013 we had some drama dragging anchor and going aground. Goes to show when you’re in a boat you can get yourself into trouble almost anywhere, if you try hard enough. Since then we have a new anchor.

All is well.
