Moored Kingscote, Kangaroo Island
Wind: South, F4 moderate breeze
Weather: partly cloudy, mild

It continues quiet in Kingscote. I filled the day in with a spot of maintenance, a little bit of study, and this evening went to watch the local pelican feeding. John Ayliffe has been feeding the pelicans every day for last 17 years. He is also a sailor with a keen interest in maritime history, especially the Australasian whaling and sealing industry. He has shared some interesting books with me and we have enjoyed some good conversations together.

It has been a nice relaxing stop here in Kangaroo Island, but my plan is to leave here for Adelaide early Friday. With a fair breeze we should make it to Adelaide by late evening.
