Wind: W;  F3 – light breeze
Sea: slight. Swell: nil
Weather: overcast, showers, cool

Today I was planning on continuing north to Narooma. To that end, yesterday we had made preparations for sea, including lashing the dinghy on deck and weighing anchor and moving to a public mooring so we could slip and run come dawn. But, on reviewing the forecast this morning, with a gale warning out and lots of orange and red splattered over the Met. Bureau’s Meteye weather map, I decided to relight the heater and have another cup of tea instead.

All is well.
