Another early start as we left the mooring just as it was getting light and motored out of the harbour, the wind was light but by 08.15 we were sailing with the old cruising chute I had mended for a second time in Monastir and Mizzen -  we didn’t want to fly our lovely nice big new one with the sea state as it was and the forecasted wind increase later in the passage. As it was, come lunch time we were having a lovely sail when looking behind us it looked rather squally and so we quickly doused the cruising chute just in time, soon we had 22knots and were flying along with mizzen and genoa, once past the Isola Di Capopassero we decided to head into the coast to anchor for the night in the lea of the land and continue our passage in the morning.
