We had a lovely sail round to the West coast of Puerto Rico and come to the protected anchorage at Puerto Real in order to be able to get a hire car to take me to the dentist doe part 2 of my root canal treatment. There is a marina here which is cruiser friendly with washing machine and dryer that also is an agent for a carrier company so the cars are on site and we emailed ahead to reserve one for Monday. The water is very murky though and there isn't much around - a couple of basic mini markets and a bakery and a few bars / restaurants but it is a popular stop with cruising boats and there are a few here we recognise.
