We timed our departure to ensure there was enough water over the bar and soon we were sailing West. At Culatra we chose to anchor off the south coast near the entrance rather than go in to the inlet. The anchorage was a bit rolly but as the wind was from the north it wasn’t too bad and fine for a quick stop.
