Todays forecast was for the wind to increase during the day so we left early for the sail to Gilligans Island, we had a lovely downwind sail for most of the trip the wind was force 5 increasing a few miles from our destination. We came in through the reef and were heading towards Gilligans Island anchorage when we spotted a calm protected anchorage near a small resort complex and decided to have a look there as it was well protected and a little more interesting than mangroves.
