Yet more experimentation! Amazing what some people will do to avoid work, i.e. sit down and write the final two chapters of their new book,

Far more 'artistic' I have to say. £1.70 and air-conditioning thrown in for free. I still miss the Hop Hing though.

The apparently unfolded mainsail isn't. It's the remains of the original working jib earning its keep as UV protection because the stack-pack has disintegrated due to UV damage. That worked well then. The dingy on the foredeck is awaiting repair.

Finally, how to build a new island.

It's quite amazing to watch. There are several ships this size. They drive themselves onto the island at about half-tide, go aground there whilst dumping the spoil and power themselves off as soon as they are able.
