Made it! Had to motor for many hours due to lack of advertised wind, but
we're here. Anchored just below the Town basin, with a stern anchor out.
Apparently we can stay here for two weeks, but in any case that would have
been the maximum time we would have stayed anyway.
The river itself is about 17 nm long and quite an interesting trip with
many mud flats etc, but the channel is well marked and there was plenty of
water all the way up, although where we are now at low water we gently go
aground, but there is still enough water to use the dingy.
Dinner last night on Duende and I foresee a provisioning day to day (there
is a shop that sells dried beans....YESSSS!)
