Four screws in one day

An interesting factoid, I can walk back up the hill from the Yacht Club
one minute faster than I can walk down (53 mins down, 52 back up). Vince
thinks that it's about 5km, so that's not too bad a pace (back up at
least).
Today I had a firm of local boat-builders come and have a look at the
boat, to give me an estimate. I'll probably get one more + Peter the
Germans quote then decide.
Today was mainly spent in a fruitless effort to get my camera's battery
charger fixed and more successfully getting a couple of spares. I then
'fell amongst thieves' in the bar about 4.30pm, but bailed out at 5.45pm
and walked back up the hill. My aim now is to beat the '50 minute barrier'
and live!
Oh yes, for those who were getting curious, this may disappoint, but I
brought four new stainless steel screws for the saloon door hinges and
screwed them in. Mind you, Alice has threatened to drag me off to a
nightclub this weekend (and make sure that I don't get into too much
trouble). Hmmmmm!!!!!
