Well, lovely to get up this morning to find the wind is steady at ten to fifteen knots. The side to side roll still makes for a crab-like walk holding on hand #-over-hand but comfortable enough for good sleep.

Last night Bear enjoyed butter chicken and rice. He usually has muesli and fruit for breakfast, a wrap for lunch and picks at his tuck box for the first three days on passage before eating ‘normally’, it concerned me after five days he was still picking. So that is why I’m delighted that his appetite is back with gusto. He has enjoyed a film or two on his IPad and Harry Bosch at other times. I listened to Flashman, must get more of those in the series.
