Manihi Atoll

We have had a great few days here in the lagoon of Manihi. From postcard perfect days with perfect snorkeling, to a 2 day rain and wind storm! Our fresh water tanks are filled to the brim with rainwater (the best!), we have fresh baguettes from the boulangerie and its time to move on. This afternoon we will leave for Rangiroa (about 100nm SW), taking the trip overnight, so we can enter that cut in daylight. Now lets hope our anchor is not jammed in the coral!

First time I have seen a Nudibranch underwater Butterflyfish ..always in pairs
