The freezer is full to bursting, the fridge is packed tight and fruit and tomatoes are wrapped up in newspaper nestled in drawers. 

Gremlins on the boat, including new leaks, have been sorted and we are at last ready to go. Satellite phone connection a bit sporadic at the moment, but hopefully will be better once we get to sea away from large metal objects!

The wind has arrived, thank goodness - force 3 and coming from the South - the forecast for the next 4 days is perfect - force 4  East to South East.
