At last we arrived back In fort Pierce City Marina - it was to be last Tuesday, then Thursday, then Friday and now finally Saturday! Thanks to a seemingly endless U.S. tax filing (over 300 pages with worksheets - unbelievable)!
As we walked down the jetty to the boat (in the dark) our comment was "not where we left you..." (Pirates of the Caribbean). Magic Friday had been moved along the dock. No worries, we were told it may happen (to make room for transient yachts behind us), and they had called us shortly after arriving back in Atlanta that they would like to do move the boat. Nice to see it was double moored - the same way as we leave the boat. So, as we briefly unpacked, tired after an 8-9hr journey, we looked forward to a slightly different view from our portholes in the morning!
